I’ll scroll through collections of looks — braids, buns, curls, and styles that defy categories — and start to imagine how they could take shape in yarn form. What would that texture feel like? How could I translate that movement, that attitude, that spark into stitches?
My process isn’t about copying — it’s about capturing energy. I look for the personality in each photo and think, “How would this character move? What story does this hair tell?” That’s where the magic happens — when a visual idea transforms into something that feels alive.
